No Purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of each state of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia except for Florida and New York who are 18 or older. Entrants may not be employees of ReceiptsToRiches.com® or their immediate family members living in the same household. Employees of ReceiptsToRiches.com®, their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiary companies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
To Enter. To enter sweepstakes, log on to www.ReceiptsToRiches.com® and fill in an entry form. Enter the 5 digit ZIP code (as defined by the US Postal Service), the date and time (hours and minutes) and the total purchase amount taken from a typed printed computerized register receipt in your possession. If receipt does not have the time or zip code you may use the current time and/or the computer generated zip code which may be obtained online or as provided below. Entries will be given an ID#, which entrants must write on back of receipt for latter verification. Participants may enter up to 25 receipts within a 24 hour period. (Be sure to retain all receipts used to enter because winning receipts must be validated.) Entering the total purchase amount on the receipt is required for validation purposes only. To enter without a receipt, print your name, address and phone number and the words "PRINT RECEIPT" and send it together with a stamped self-addressed envelope to ReceiptsToRiches.com® 96 Linwood Plaza #153 Fort Lee, NJ 07024. Residents of Vermont need not include return postage. ReceiptsToRiches.com® will send back to you an entry form and a computer generated receipt for you to enter in the sweepstakes either by mail or on-line. Limit twenty-five (25) within a 24 hour period. To enter by regular mail, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to ReceiptsToRiches.com®, 96 Linwood Plaza #153 Fort Lee, NJ 07024 together with your name, address and phone number. Sponsor will mail back to you an entry form. Return each entry in a separate envelope (limit twenty-five (25) within a 24 hour period). Each regular mail entry must include a fully filled out entry form. Promotion Starts January 1, 2008 and ends on January 1, 2009.
Prizes.
1. Daily - The daily prize ($1,000.00) will be offered 7 days a week. A zip code, date and time will be randomly selected by computer at 12:00 AM EST each day. Valid entries received after 12:00 AM EST of that day will be entered into that day's drawing. If the zip code, date and time of an entrant matches the zip code, date and time selected at random by the computer (Wining Combination), the entrant will instantly be notified on screen and will also be notified via e-mail or regular mail. Participants who enter via regular mail will be entered into the Daily sweepstakes being drawn on 12:00 AM of the day the entry is received. Regular mail winners will be notified by mail. While there may be more than one (1) instant winner daily, there may not always be a daily winner. The odds of a daily winner are approximately 62,000,000 to 1. The zip code, date, time and total purchase of each entry will then be stored in a database together with the receipts I.D. number and will be automatically entered into that weeks's weekly drawing. All receipts which match the Winning Combination will win the prize.
2. Weekly - At 6:00 AM EST, every Monday of each week of the calendar year, the computer will generate and randomly select a zip code, date and time from the previous 7 days. If an entrant whose entry is received by 6:00 AM EST of that day and whose receipt zip code, date and time match the computer generated pick, that entrant will be a winner. The minimum prize will be $1,000, but if 20% of net advertising revenues received by Sponsor for the week exceed $1,000, that higher amount will constitute the weekly jackpot. However, the weekly jackpot may not exceed $50,000. If played daily, the odds of winning the weekly prize are approximately 62,000,000 to 1. If there is no weekly winner, twenty (20%) percent of the advertising revenue part of the jackpot, if any, will be added to the Holiday prize and twenty (20%) percent of the remaining advertising revenue, if any, after the first 20% is deducted will be added to the Monthly Prize and twenty (20%) of the remaining advertising revenue, if any after the first two 20% deductions have been made will be added to the Year End Drawing. Prize will be shared equally if there is more than one matching receipt. The payout for the weekly drawing will be made in one (1) lump sum payment. There may be no prize winner. All weekly entries will automatically be entered into the next monthly drawing. Winner will be notified on-line or by mail.
3. Monthly - Every month, on the first day of each month at 6:05 AM EST, the computer will select the zip code, date and time for the prior month. If an entry received by 6:05 AM EST of that day has an entry whose zip code, date and time match the computer generated pick, the entrant will win. The jackpot will be at least $1,000, but if 20% of the month's net advertising revenue exceeds $1,000, that higher amount will constitute the monthly prize. However, the monthly prize will not exceed $50,000. When the last day of the month falls on a Sunday, there will be three drawings (daily, weekly and monthly). Odds of winning the monthly prize if played daily are approximately 62,000,000 to 1. The payout for the monthly drawing will be paid in one (1) lump payment. All entries which match the Winning Combination will share the prize equally. There may be no prize winner. All entries will automatically be entered into the Holiday and Year End drawing. Winner will be notified on-line or by mail.
4. Holiday - At the end of the year any unwon advertising revenue jackpots from the weekly drawings between January 1 and November 30 of the year will be placed in the Holiday Sweepstakes. On December 1, 2008 at 6:10 AM EST, the computer will randomly select a Wining Combination for the Holiday drawing, from the time period stated above. The jackpot will be at least $1,000, but may not exceed $50,000. Odds of winning if played daily are approximately 62,000,000 to 1. The payment for the Holiday drawing will be paid in one lump (1) payment. All entries matching the Winning Combination will share the prize equally. However, there may be no winner. Winner will be notified on-line or by mail.
5. Year End Sweepstakes - On January 1st at 6:15 AM EST, 2009 the computer will select a Winning Combination, from the prior year. The jackpot total will be One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). Odds of winning if played daily are approximately 62,000,000 to 1. The payout for the year end will be paid in twenty-five (25) equal yearly payments. All entries which match the Winning Combination will share the prize equally. However, there may be no winner. Winner will be notified on-line or by mail.
General.
1. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
2. All game time drawings and submissions use Eastern Standard Time.
3. The entrant claiming to have won any prize must send the original receipt (after making and retaining a photocopy of said receipt) to ReceiptsToRiches.com® for validation within seven (7) days after notice sent by e-mail or regular mail. Entries received after that date are deemed invalid.
4. Winners shall be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes.
5. By entering, winners consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation (except prohibited by law).
6. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or late, lost, damaged or postage due mail or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by the judges will be disqualified. If disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate for any of the above abuses. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the on-line portion of the Sweepstakes, but to continue with the free alternate means of entry portion.
7. All decisions of the Sponsor relating to the sweepstakes are final.
8. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws apply.
